Drew DiStanislao is an associate at CowanGates. His practice is focused on contract and closing negotiations, construction and permanent financing, negotiating leases, easement agreements, covenants, and civil trial work, including real estate litigation, eminent domain, personal injury, contract litigation, and collections.
A native of Petersburg, Virginia, Drew has lived in the Richmond area his entire life. After graduating from St. Christopher’s High School, he attended Hampden-Sydney College where he earned a B.A. in history in 2015. After college, Drew worked as the Director of Business Development for Bon Air Title Insurance Agency before earning his law degree from Campbell University School of Law in 2020. At Campbell, Drew served as the school’s representative for the American Bar Association’s Law School Division, and as an avid member of the Federalist Society.
He enjoys watching Boston Red Sox baseball, Hampden-Sydney football, and spending his weekends hiking in the Blue Ridge Mountains with his wife, Lindsey, and their dogs. Drew and his wife are also members of Manakin Episcopal Church in Powhatan, Virginia, where his mother is the priest.
